What does each ticket include?

General Admission Tickets include:

• Admission into Frosted - A Winter Spectacular

• Enjoyment of all Frosted Zones (includes ice-skating on the artificial skating rink, craft activities, the ball pit, cooking decorating).

VIP Ticket includes:

• VIP Fast Pass Lanyard

• 10 minute priority event entry

• Front of line at all Frosted Zones

• Complimentary VIP gift bag from our Merchandise Store

• Food voucher including a choice of either: hot dog/hot chips & cold drink,
  or chicken nuggets/hot chips & cold drink​

Does your entry ticket cover all costs?

All activities are included in the entry ticket.  Additional costs are food, merchandise or if you choose to play the side games (ie laughing clowns).

 

Is there a family ticket?

Family tickets are 4 general admission tickets.  This special offer is valid for evening sessions only.

Does everyone need a ticket?

Everyone 3 years of age and over requires a ticket.

​

Are tickets available at the door?

There are limited door sales available.  We recommend that you pre-book in case your session sells out via Ticketmaster or by calling our Booking Office on 0400 881 007.

Where is Frosted taking place?

Frosted - A Winter Spectacular will be taking place at:

The field opposite Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre

Cnr Princes Highway & Brechin Drive, Narre Warren, VIC.

Are seats allocated?

Frosted - A Winter Spectacular is a walk-through event.

​​​

What happens if it rains?

Frosted is under the big top, which is also heated!  

​

Is food available?

Food and drink options will be available for purchase. Being a family event, alcohol is not permitted.

​​

Are prams allowed?

Due to safety reasons, in case of an evacuation, we have a designated pram parking area to park your prams.  Newborns are an exception and allowed to be in prams.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

We have tried to make the event as wheelchair friendly as possible.
​​

Are there Meet & Greet's with any characters?

Meet & Greet appearances with Frosty and his friends will be available.​

​​

What ages is this event recommended for?

If you everything about Christmas, you will love Frosted!  The activities are best suited for children 10 and under.

Are there any live animals at the event.

No animals take part in the event.

​

When should I arrive?

Each session runs for 2 hours. You will be allowed to enter the event when your session time begins (or 10 minutes earlier for VIP ticket holders).

​

Can I enter after my session has commenced?

You can enter anytime within your 2 hour session, however you must exit when your session time ends. We recommend arriving on time to make most of your session at Frosted - A Winter Spectacular.

What should I wear?
There is no ice at the event.  Being Melbourne we suggest you layer up.  The big-top is heated, so you can always remove your jacket if it gets warm,

Are companion cards accepted?

Companion cards are accepted. Please call the venue directly on 0400 881 007 to make these bookings.
